Colin went to his first movie in a theater (Cars 2). He and his buddy Eli sat back in their seats and ate popcorn like they had been doing it all their lives. Colin saw his first fireworks show (after the Rockies game) and enjoyed it immensely. He was surprised to learn that some kids don't like fireworks. He also experienced his first night without a pacifier since he was a new baby and he attempted to poop on a tree (I quickly stopped that one as we were in a public park). He has been into washing his mulberry stained feet in the kitchen sink.
Zinnia got in the swimming pool for the first time and loved it. She also sat wide eyed in the front of a Target shopping cart for the first time (excuse the seat cover-it just looked comfy.)
